PGY2
The PGY 2 is designed to complete the inpatient requirements of the residency program. At the completion of the second year, residents will meet basic ACGME requirements for inpatient psychiatry in preparation for their outpatient year. Rotations in neurology and forensic psychiatry as well as additional months in consultation liaison/ECT/ECT, emergency psychiatry, child psychiatry and inpatient psychiatry will be completed.
Second Year Call Requirements
Call during the second year averages 4-5 calls per month and jeopardy.
